AWARD IN COACHING STUDIES

UNLEASHING POTENTIAL IN YOUNG PEOPLE

Context:
Our team at Next Level Impact work with a broad range of organisations and individuals to unleash potential at all levels.   One of the programmes that gives us the most personal satisfaction is the Award in Coaching Studies (ACS).  We have been running the ACS programme for a number of years now as a mechanism to engage and involve “hard to reach” groups such as disadvantaged young people and support them to gain nationally recognised coaching qualifications.

Journey:
The ACS journey is a life changing journey for many of the participants who have successfully completed the programme and gone on to achieve coaching qualifications and provide sports coaching and physical activity classes in their communities.

Outcome:
“The ACS programme has contributed significantly to capacity building and helping a broad range of individuals to acquire the necessary confidence and capabilities of becoming nationally recognised as sports and physical activity coaches.  We are delighted with the outcomes that have been achieved through the ACS many of which have been genuinely life changing for the programme participants.”
