Martin Rice

Martin has an extensive range of business, management and consultancy experience gained across public, private and non-for profit organisations.  He has worked throughout the world and is recognized as one of the top business and management consultants in the UK by the Institute of Consulting.  He is currently the UK Chief National Assessor for the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) Award.

Martin’s specialist areas of expertise include:

Fiona Rice

Fiona specialises in personal empowerment and has an established reputation internationally as a personal development and self-defence expert.  She developed the Women’s Self Defence and Personal Safety Awareness Programme for Queens University Belfast in the mid 1990s that has grown to become a catalyst for the University’s strategy to promote personal safety awareness amongst the student population.  She has successfully delivered a broad range of personal empowerment and self development programmes for clients ranging from ‘blue chip’ multinationals to local community groups.

Marco Nowinski

Marco Nowinski is an international management consultant, business coach and visiting professor for management at several world-renowned business schools. He teaches on Executive MBA programmes at EDHEC, the International University of Monaco and Essex Business School in the UK.

As management consultant he has over 30 years of international experience in a wide range of industries in manufacturing and services sectors. For many years he worked in optimizing processes in production management, logistics and procurement. He then focused on digital transformation projects and the challenges of change management. With a human-centered approach, he develops corporate training programmes and helps organizations and individuals to adapt to future challenges.

In his role as business coach he is passionate about helping people to better understand their challenges and to refine the smaller details that often make a big difference in advancing a career, or achieving life's goals. He is certified as Leadership Coach by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and helps managers and executives to deal with challenges in team management, communication skills, personal development and career transitions.

He holds a Master's degree in international management from IAE Nice (Graduate School of Management), a BSc in industrial production management from the Université Côte d'Azur (UCA), and is certified as Quality Systems Manager by the European Organization for Quality (EOQ) and the Swiss Association for Quality (SAQ).

Being fluent in English, French and German, he is based in the UK and travels frequently.

Dr. Dennis Ufot

Dennis is an Engineering Economist, a Fellow and Chartered Manager of the Chartered Management Institute, UK. He has over thirty years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry having held several portfolios that included the Snr. Field Engineer, Crude oil Terminal Operations; Corporate Snr. Strategy and Business Planner, Regional Business Performance Analyst, Flares Down Technical & Business Solutions Lead, the Corporate Head of Hydrocarbon Allocation and Management, the Principal Operations Readiness and Assurance Engineer, etc.

He holds a PhD in Economics from Atlantic International University, USA; an MSc. in Engineering Management (Brunel University, UK) and a HND in Mechanical Engineering (College of Technology, Calabar). He is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET) London, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, a Fellow of The Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant, Nigeria; a Certified Management Specialist of the London Graduate School; and a Member Association of Non-Executive Directors, UK.

He served in various indigenous and international committees including The World Bank-facilitated Nigerian Flare gas Reduction Committee, the Nigerian National Gas Master Plan, etc. He has presented papers on Leadership, Management, Business Planning, and in technical disciplines locally in Nigeria, and abroad at various fora including the American Productivity and Quality Centre, The IET lectures, the University of Uyo Engineering Students forum, etc.

His hobbies include reading, writing, music, travelling, meeting people, soccer, and swimming. He has authored inspirational books hosted in Amazon that include:

Kristian Hill

Kristian has worked with a range of businesses from micro to multi-national throughout the UK and Europe.  Aside from being recognised by IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditors) as a Lead Auditor for internationally renowned standards of good practice, Kristian received the prestigious award of Certified Business Consultant of the year by the Institute of Consulting and Chartered Management Institute.  His practical background in manufacturing and engineering and has helped him to optimize work flows, save costs and maximize efficiencies in many different industry sectors.

Sandra Lee

Sandra is a highly experienced and much sought after professional with over 20 years experience in the field of Learning and Development. She is an Associate member of CIPD and a member of CMI. Sandra’s strengths lie in the design, development and implementation of innovative and inspirational learning solutions that achieve demonstrable impact at individual, team and business level through the use of a variety of delivery tools to ensure maximum learning.

Mark Mason

Mark has been advising on employment law since 2004. He qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and worked in private practice until moving into employment law consultancy in 2010.  Mark advises a wide range of employer clients – from micro-businesses to much larger entities. Mark also provides services to clients in the charity sector and has a particular interest and specialism in advising churches and other faith-based organisations on their specific employment law and human resources requirements. 

Additionally, Mark provides employment law advice and representation to employee clients. By advising both employers and employees, Mark is  ideally placed to provide clients with a balanced point of view on the rights and responsibilities that employment law places on both parties to the employment contract.
