Context:
Monkstown Dental Practice (www.monkstowndentalpractice.com) is a thriving and successful dental practice in the greater Belfast area of Northern Ireland.  The Partners wanted to embark upon a programme of organisational change and to ‘unleash potential’ at all levels within the practice.

Journey:
We supported the practice through a range of programmes and organisational improvement initiatives.  Our team provided 1 to 1 coaching, on-site training, business improvement advice and support with the implementation of ‘improvement projects’ that helped the practice to maximize staff engagement and reach new levels of patient and customer care.

Outcome:
With improvements across processes, systems, structures and organisational culture resulting in the achievement of nationally recognised management and dental nursing qualifications, enhanced patient care and satisfaction and recognition as an Investor in People organisation.
