Course Description
This 1-day course will enable you to practically apply the key principles of performance management and how to implement best practice. It will provide you with insight into tools and techniques to help manage performance regardless of the sector you work in. The course supports participants to identify and practise the skills/ behaviours needed to be an effective manager, including giving feedback, managing the poor performance and having challenging conversations.
