Context:

Journey:
The Wright Group embarked upon a programme of culture change designed specifically to engage, develop and enhance the capabilities of their management team.  Our team worked closely with managers at all levels, particularly middle-management within the group to support them to implement “good leadership and management practice” across all areas. 

Outcome:
The project produced a number of positive outcomes for the Group which included:

  • Enhanced “good management practice”.
  • More effective people management systems.
  • More empowered managers across all levels.
  • Enhanced leadership capabilities amongst the management team.
  • Successful re-accreditation to the internationally acclaimed Investors in People standard.
